The grease cup replacement and lithium battery are set to be replaced at the end of each lubrication cycle to ensure the automatic lubricator functions properly. If the red warning light is flashing continuously (alert state), the user should immediately be aware of the problem and check whether the grease cup is empty, the battery power is insufficient, the grease injection pathway is blocked, or grease cannot be injected normally.
It is recommended that you use the grease replacement and lithium battery box specified by the original manufacturer to maximize the efficiency of the automatic lubricator, hence reducing consumption and operating costs, while avoiding pollution or usage problems, thus enjoy the best returns.
If you want to ensure that the required level of lubrication performance and robustness are achieved at the lowest possible cost, you must consider the critical factor of the bearing specification for your application. To help you assess these key factors, we have provided recommended selection process and operating standard information and examples. When you input bearing specifications, operating speed and working conditions into the MQL calculator of Easylube® APP, it will recommend the proper grease specification, correct amount of grease and relubrication intervals.
