Product Liability Insurance Claim Guideline
Easylube® automatic lubricator aims to manage equipment with standard lubrication operations by utilizing smart controls. It can follow lubrication standard to produce precise greasing volume and time at scheduled time, therefore improving the potential mishaps and dangers of manual maintenance to ensure the equipment are perfectly lubricated.
Accordingly, when the user performs bearing lubrication maintenance by following the MQL computation (greasing volume, re-greasing interval, and grease type) within the Easylube® TPMS smart software, if there are damages to the bearings involving lubrication or lack of lubricants, they can apply for product liability insurance claims.
Exceptions:
Damage due to wear and tear, material fatigue, centering deviation, or mechanical structure problems, such as improper grease injection nipples, no baffle or shaft seal (including damage), poor grease outlet setups, etc.
Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the lubricator, including not following the Easylube® TPMS smart software's computed MQL lubrication guidelines for the replacement timings of consumables or not using the official consumables.
Damage caused by unavoidable disasters such as natural disasters or flooding.
Due to equipment faults, or problems that cannot be avoided with manual or automatic lubrication maintenance.
Remarks:Product liability insurance claims review is determined by the insurance company, not by the Easylube® manufacturer.
