Hornche Corporation was founded in 1988. In the beginning, Hornche Corporation mainly imports and distributes well known American industrial lubrication and maintenance brands such as Fel-Pro, Ultrachem, CROWN and Corium. Later, Hornche Corporation became the authorized master distributor for Cling Surface and Omega Lubricant in Taiwan.
Moving on, Hornche Corporation has been studying lubrication and maintenance obstacles encountered by customers. Pursuing to resolve all customer's lubrication and maintenance problems, Hornche Corporation imported Uniquip US spring type automatic lubricator and ATS electro-luber Canada gas type automatic lubricator to strengthen maintenance services.
However, Hornche Corporation has been constantly receiving feedbacks on inaccuracies in grease volume and time, lubricator not able to signal lubrication fault, and cost of replacing lubricator being too high etc., over the years of serving as a Taiwan distributor. Hornche Corporation was completely disappointed by the lubricators in the market as they cannot fully satisfy customer needs, thus Hornche Corporation was inspired to revolutionize the industry.
In 1992, Hornche Corporation successfully developed Lube-up® microcomputer automatic lubricator, which is the world's first electromechanical driven automatic lubricator that was awarded with patents all over the world. Lube-up® automatic lubricator can not only precisely control the grease volume and time, but also automatically detects and reports abnormal pressure. It is also designed to be economical and environmentally friendly as the drive unit is reusable with only grease cups acting as consumables that need to be replaced every regreasing cycle.

In 1997, the first generation of Easylube® automatic lubricator was launched. In the past 20 years, the product quality and reliability have been loved and affirmed by customers. It is 100% capable of performing regular regreasing maintenance work, as well as helping users to greatly reduce manpower management cost and safety problems. With the accumulation of practical experience and technological progress, the drive unit of the automatic lubricator has been upgraded to the 5th generation.

Although the operation of the automatic lubricator is very stable, it cannot meet our demand for lubrication operation management. We have found out that the correct guidance of the "maintenance personnel" to adhere to the bearing operating conditions, the implementation of the operation specifications after tribology computation, the settings and execution of the grease volume and time as well as the management of consumable replacement routine, especially with the uncertainty of the periodic inspection and abnormal reporting of the automatic lubricator, will greatly affect the lubrication quality. Since the nature and experience of the "maintenance staff" and their trainings differs, this will further affect the quality of lubrication. Therefore, we have once again passionately propose to develop an exhaustive maintenance system that call fully assist users for their maintenance work, thus we fully enters the software development profession.
In year 2006, Hornche Corporation launches its first-generation lubrication computation software (MQL Calculation Software). It is a software that was developed to enable the public to easily compute professional bearing tribology formulae. The maintenance experience and professionalism does not matter as the users just have to enter the bearing model and operating conditions for calculation to easily obtain the appropriate lubrication operation standard (greasing volume and re-greasing interval). It will help most maintenance personnel in the industry by providing a more convenient, simpler, and scientific method to better machine preventive maintenance work.
In 2009, RFID technology was introduced into the lubrication maintenance computation software. The objective is to assist the maintenance personnel by enabling them to use handheld PDA devices that uses NFC technology to perform maintenance patrol. This will allow them to fully grasp the lubrication condition of each individual automatic lubricator in order to ensure the lubrication process of each bearing is within acceptable standard therefore improving the quality of lubrication.
In 2013, Easylube® patrol operation system (Guardwatch®) was developed on smartphones after compiling the experience gained from software operation. This simultaneously upgrades the computation software into RFID Total Patrol Management System (TPMS). The system will synchronize lubrication logs therefore simplify daily patrol and maintenance operation process. It will also provide electronic logs and computerized reports to minimize human errors by inexperienced or careless maintenance staff.
In 2014, the RFID Total Patrol Management System (TPMS) was optimized and improved with Easylube® patrol operation software (Guardwatch®) that carries LIVE network connection. Maintenance staff can receive or deploy tasks through 4G or Wi-Fi network with smartphones. This includes routine patrol, change of consumables, and anomaly rectification. The tasks will be synchronized and uploaded to Easylube® routine operation maintenance center.
In 2017, Easylube® remote monitoring program (Skymonitor®), a free program that was specially designed for maintenance staff, was introduced. The program can allow users to inspect each individual automatic lubricator status anytime and anywhere with smartphones. It also comes with bearing lubrication operation condition computation software that can be used to eliminate problems that arises from mishaps or inexperience in field staff.

In year 2020, the R&D team has been creating professional products continuously and has designed an ATEX explosion proof automatic lubricator that can be used in dangerous environment without any safety worries. The team has also planned and designed a set of advance management operation software (Skymonitor® Lite) at the same time to make the overall equipment maintenance and patrol inspection operations more complete. The data can be shared with the patrol inspectors, engineers, maintenance technicians and factory managers to build an interconnected communication bridge to ease the operation management and communication in between the maintenance team in the factory. Hornche Corporation upholds the concept of innovation, truthfulness and responsibility, and has introduced the standardized and international quality management system, which actively improves the product quality and management optimization and has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.
In year 2021, the newest 6th generation distinguished automatic lubricator Easylube® MAX series has been developed. The series can record operation time with its memory function and has an AI controlled electrical system that can detect lithium battery’s power supply automatically. The lubricator also has an additional (Bluetooth Communication) NFC patrol card reader for performing inspection works.
The MAX product series combines the most advanced technologies, it is not only convenient to operate, but also can be used with the smart cloud management software (Skymonitor® Lite). Such automatic lubrication and inspection operations can promote the reliability of preventive maintenance activities in the factory. It can replace the traditional inspection method of recording on paper completely to make the inspection operation information more true, consistent, and flexible. When the observed value in the inspection operation exceeds the expected standard, corrective actions can be taken immediately. This operation method can often avoid more serious equipment problems.
